Shipping & Delivery
All sales are final. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order has shipped. If you believe you have placed your order incorrectly, PLEASE contact Anna immediately via email with your order number within 5 hours of ordering. Cancellation requests sent after this timeframe may not be honored. Customer service issues are not dealt with through DM. Pseudocoelomate reserves the right to cancel orders before they have been fulfilled. Orders cancelled by Pseudocoelomate will receive a full refund. Custom orders cancelled by the customer will not receive a refund for the 40% custom deposit.
You must double check your shipping address before ordering. Pseudocoelomate is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address. If an order is returned by the carrier due to insufficient address, Pseudocoelomate will charge a maximum $10 reshipment fee to mail it to the correct address. Pseudocoelomate will not refund orders that were placed to the incorrect shipping address at the customer's fault once the order is shipped.
Please note that expedited shipping will not speed up the fulfillment of your order. You will still need to wait for processing times. When you select “2-day shipping” or a similar option, you are notifying the shipping company of your shipping preference. Pseudocoelomate is a one-person business, and Anna works a full-time job, so before placing your order, please keep in mind that wait times may be longer than you are used to with larger companies. Notices for order deadlines before holidays will be posted on social media.
Once your package has shipped, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they receive the package. If you believe your piece has been lost in the mail, please contact USPS or the appropriate shipping company. Pseudocoelomate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Legal
The customer must provide accurate and complete details at the time of the transaction. The customer may be required to provide additional details (address, e-mail, phone number, etc.) upon the shop’s request to ensure the accuracy and delivery of the order. Pseudocoelomate may share this information with its online store hosting provider Squarespace so that they can provide website services to the business.
If the customer does provide an incorrect shipping address and does not contact the business within 5 hours of placing the order, Pseudocoelomate is not obliged to cancel the order. Pseudocoelomate is not obliged to re-send an order to the correct address at the shop’s expense. Once an order is confirmed, Pseudocoelomate is not obliged to make any changes or cancellations to the order summary unless contacted via email within 5 hours of order placement. Pseudocoelomate reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on the site, incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent activity. Fraudulent charge backs will be escalated through the arbitration process to the fullest extent allowed under card network rules.
